Meet Victor

I have deep roots in our community, having moved to the USA with my family at a young age and growing up right here in Ventura County. From attending schools in the L.A. school district to graduating from Oxnard High School, I have been shaped by the experiences and diversity of our local area.

As a person who has always been curious about how things work, I’ve pursued my passion for understanding and building by studying engineering and obtaining certification in HVAC from Oxnard College. I have dedicated my career to serving our community, working in maintenance for hotels and apartments, and now proudly contributing to the mission of fostering and serving our community through inclusive programming and people-centered spaces at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center Corporation.

Throughout my life, I have been a lover of the outdoors, enjoying activities like fishing and camping. I believe in the importance of preserving our natural resources and ensuring that future generations can enjoy the beauty of our region. With my background and experience, I am committed to working tirelessly to represent the interests of the people in our community. If elected, I will bring a fresh perspective and a strong voice to advocate for the issues that matter most to our residents. I am dedicated to promoting inclusivity, nurturing the economic growth of our local businesses, and championing initiatives for a brighter future for all. I am passionate about serving our community and am excited about the opportunity to be a voice for positive change.
